HVAC Lead Service Technician

Duties Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions. Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair or replace components like compressors, motors, valves, pumps, and other system parts. Execute property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency. Maintain detailed service records, complete work orders promptly, and communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs or system upgrades. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with a strong background in field service operations. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Additional skills such as refrigeration certification is required. Knowledgeable HVAC background are highly desirable.
