HVAC Service Technician- $5,000 sign‑on bonus!!!

This position includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, with half paid after 90 days and the remaining half paid after one year of successful employment! Responsibilities:

Investigate problems and perform repairs on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Always maintain a high quality of service Think creatively on ways to enhance service and customer experience Maintain truck stock and inventory within Company guidelines Follow truck maintenance schedule and keep an organized and clean truck/workspace Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years' work experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and/or repair CFC Certification required Possess and maintain a valid NC driver's license Nate-certified preferred but not required Must be highly organized Availability to be in an on-call rotation for repair positions Excellent communication skills Able to work well on a team and independently Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and critical thinking skills
