You walk the floor, greet production leads, and get the day's priorities: a line relocation, a preventive maintenance window, and a machine that needs a quick diagnostic. You'll modify equipment when designs need to evolve, troubleshoot issues as they appear, and plan/schedule preventive maintenance to stay ahead of downtime. When a part isn't available, you'll fabricate what's needed to get the job done. Special projects will come your way, and you'll take the lead to deliver them safely and on time. Core responsibilities Troubleshoot production and facility equipment and perform timely repairs Plan, record, and schedule preventive maintenance activities Requisition parts, materials, labor, and support to complete assigned work Fabricate or modify components to restore or improve equipment performance Lead and manage special projects as required What you'll bring High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Raleigh, NC (Capital Blvd, CPO). Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
