Residential HVAC - Service Technician | $31.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs $8,000 Sign on Bonus for qualified candidates
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday | available overtime
Job Duties:

Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience EPA Certification with strong understanding of superheat and subcooling principles Skilled in diagnosing system issues and making informed repair vs. replacement recommendations Ability and willingness to obtain Mechanical License within 2 years of employment Working knowledge of basic sheet metal fabrication and installation practices Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
