Currently we service New Hanover and the surrounding counties, addressing the HVAC needs of all who make the call. In order to maintain the level of top tier service that we strive for with our customers, we are looking to take on more Service Technicians as our company continues to expand. Description As a Service Technician, you will be joining a team comprised of the best technicians in the area, all of whom have the ultimate goal of providing customers with the highest quality service during their time of stress and uncertainty. Taking pride in the ability to communicate and provide solutions for customers is of utmost importance for our team. After all, at the end of the day, our customer's happiness is how we know we've done a good day's work.

Required Qualifications:

Experience interpreting wiring diagrams and blueprints Familiarity with a wide range of equipment Experience troubleshooting, and making repair/replacement decisions EPA certification Basic knowledge of sheet metal practices Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques Drive to stay at the top of the game Great customer service skills Leadership skills Ability to pass a background check Ability to work on rotating on-call shifts for emergency service.
