Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC technician/ Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with experience in air conditioning installation and repair. As an HVAC technician/ Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed correctly and function efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Three years of experience is required. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings. Collaborate with clients to assess their heating and cooling needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Perform welding and plumbing tasks as needed during installations or repairs. Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations. Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the installation process. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and service calls. Requirements Three years of experience. Proven experience in HVAC/R installation or a related field. Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment repair techniques. Familiarity with electrical schematics and the ability to read blueprints/design plans. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with installation work, including lifting heavy equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
