Job Description
Overview We are a premier provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration solutions across North Carolina. From commercial refrigeration to multi-site commercial HVAC systems, our customers rely on our technicians for technical precision, rapid response, and quality service. We currently have 50 employees and are looking to add an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to support our growth. You'll be working on refrigeration equipment, rooftop units, split systems, and commercial HVAC systems while representing a company that invests in its people and stands behind its work. We take care of our technicians and invest in their success. Responsibilities Diagnose issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot refrigeration and air conditioning units. Experience with RTUs, mini splits, split systems, walk-in freezers, coolers, ice machines, and cold cases. Conduct routine inspections and service calls, providing exceptional customer service. Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls Document work using field service software
