No experience is needed, will train the right person. Must be dependable and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Duties Mostly residential and light commercial work. Installing a complete HVAC system. Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem solve. Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems. Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations regarding HVAC installations and repairs. Requirements Ability to read a blueprint and work with other trades. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is a plus but not necessary. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
