Job Description
Bryant is looking to add a skilled Residential HVAC Installation Foreman to our growing team. This individual will be expected to work individually and on occasion lead a team to install the HVAC system in new residential homes from start to finish. We do whatever it takes to get the job done and the candidate we are looking for will have the following experience and skill set:
- 3-5 years of experience with HVAC System Installation
- Be self-motivated with an attention to detail
- Have the ability to read and follow blueprints
- Possess working knowledge of state and local codes
- Able to effectively and efficiently be able to lead a team onsite
- Manage job inventory
- Communicate with the customer about timing and progress of project Qualifications for this position:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have high school diploma or GED.
- Able to pass background check and drug screening.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC installations.
- Valid and clean driver's license.
