We take pride in our workmanship, customer service, and team-oriented culture. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position involves installing, replacing, and upgrading HVAC systems while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation instructions Ensure all installations meet local codes and manufacturer requirements Test and troubleshoot newly installed systems Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain a clean and safe work environment Complete job documentation accurately and timely Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision EPA Certification required. NH Gas License required. Maine Gas License preferred.
