Position Overview We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and capable of troubleshooting a wide variety of heating and cooling systems while delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities  Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems  Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment  Troubleshoot furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related systems  Identify and recommend repair or replacement options to customers  Complete service calls efficiently and professionally  Maintain accurate service records and job documentation  Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations  Participate in an on-call rotation as needed  Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Qualifications  Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience  Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills  Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems  EPA Certification required or ability to obtain promptly  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record  Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively  Excellent customer service and communication skills  Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments and weather conditions Preferred Qualifications  NATE Certification  Experience with heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and high-efficiency systems  Experience with HVAC software and mobile service applications Benefits  Competitive pay  Paid holidays and vacation  Company vehicle (if applicable)  Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities  Supportive team environment  401K 
