Position Overview We are looking for an experienced HVAC professional with 10+ years of experience who naturally leads by example, takes pride in every detail, and wants to play an important role in building a high-performing HVAC company. The right person will be someone who not only performs exceptional technical work but also maintains standards, improves efficiency, mentors others, and ensures every customer receives an outstanding experience. Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC installations, service, and maintenance. Diagnose and repair oil, heat pump, and mini-split systems. Serve as the technical leader within the field team. Mentor and support less experienced technicians. Help establish and maintain installation, service, and operational standards. Ensure vehicles, tools, inventory, and job sites remain clean, organized, and job-ready. Assist with scheduling, workflow improvements, inventory management, and quality control. Maintain exceptional communication with customers and office staff. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and company operations. QualificationsRequired 10+ years of residential HVAC experience EPA Section 608 Certification NH Voluntary Oil Certification Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently while leading others Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strongly Preferred Extensive experience with oil heating systems Experience with mini-split and heat pump systems Experience with gas heating systems NH Gas Service Technician and/or Installer License Maine Propane & Natural Gas Technician License Maine Oil Burner License (Journeyman or Master) Willingness to obtain additional licensing as needed Who You Are We're looking for someone who: Leads by example.
