COMPENSATION
Base Pay:
$30-$42/hour, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $4,000 for qualified candidates

Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 8 PM (on-call 6-8 PM) Pay placement within the range is driven by hands-on experience, brand familiarity (Carrier or similar), and certifications like EPA 608 and
NATE. WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be the primary point of contact for homeowners across South Jersey who count on us to keep their systems running year-round. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and full system evaluations Read wiring diagrams and blueprints to guide diagnostic and repair work Present repair findings and options to homeowners in a clear, professional manner Coordinate with our dispatch team for routing, scheduling, and job updates Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts logs Operate and care for a company-provided vehicle in accordance with company policy Uphold all applicable safety standards, local codes, and company procedures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred EPA 608 Certification 1-3 years of hands-on HVAC experience; recent graduates with relevant training encouraged to apply Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, and central air conditioning Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret blueprints Working knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and work in varied environmental conditions (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Professional communication and customer service skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with major brands such as Carrier, Lennox, Trane, or similar NATE certification — or willingness to pursue it (we fund it)
