Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with HVAC/R systems, and the ability to interpret schematics and design plans. Duties Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment according to manufacturer specifications and schematics Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal operation and energy efficiency Read and interpret technical schematics, HVAC design plans, and electrical diagrams to accurately execute installations Troubleshoot system issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment Conduct equipment repair and replacement tasks involving welding, mechanical repairs, or component upgrades Assist with plumbing connections related to HVAC systems and ensure compliance with safety standards Perform service technician duties including system testing, calibration, and ensuring proper airflow and refrigerant levels Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols at all times Operate field service vehicles safely while transporting tools and equipment to various job sites Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in instalation and/or service technician roles involving HVAC systems Knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems troubleshooting Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration units Familiarity with plumbing connections associated with HVAC installations Experience working with air conditioning systems Ability to operate diagnostic tools including ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices Prior field service experience in HVAC installation or maintenance is highly desirable Valid driver's license required for travel between job sites This role is ideal for individuals passionate about mechanical systems with a strong work ethic who are eager to grow their expertise within the HVAC industry.
