Job DesciptionWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficiently. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, professional, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesService, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.

Diagnose system malfunctions and determine the scope of required repairs.

Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.

Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair options clearly with customers.

Maintain a clean and organized work area before, during, and after each job.

Follow all safety procedures and promote a safety-first mindset on the job and while driving.

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a professional condition.

Represent the company professionally through punctuality, appearance, and customer interactions.

QualificationsMinimum 5 years of HVAC service technician experience.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on HVAC systems.

Experience servicing residential and light commercial equipment.

NATE Certification preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
