You may be a great fit if your background is primarily in: Service Residential HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting Preventative maintenance Repairs Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Identifying system problems and determining the appropriate repair Installation Residential HVAC system replacement and installation Running an installation from start to finish Proper equipment setup Ability to lead an install crew Maintaining quality workmanship and job-site standards Both Service & Installation Experience in both areas is a major plus and will be highly valued. Experience & Requirements 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred Strong candidates with substantial hands-on experience are encouraged to apply Must be able to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems Installation experience strongly preferred Must be able to work independently Ability to lead an installation team is a plus Must have a clean, valid driver's license Must be available for full-time work Must have your own basic hand and installation tools Trade school or technical training is a plus, but experience and ability are what matter most Who We Are C&D Cooling & Heating is a family-owned HVAC company established in 1969 .
