We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Mahwah, NJ. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in high-quality work, mentoring technicians, solving complex HVAC issues, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Lead and oversee HVAC service, maintenance, and repair work Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and/or commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Train and mentor junior technicians in the field Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards Communicate professionally with customers regarding system issues and repair options Install, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Maintain accurate service records and documentation Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures Why Join Us?
