Job Description:
HVAC Installer- Residential or Commercial Location- Howell, NJ Job Summary Seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join a growing residential HVAC company. The ideal candidate has strong installation experience, a solid work ethic, professional demeanor, and works well as part of a team. Installers work under a Crew Leader and have opportunities to advance into Lead Installer and management positions. Responsibilities Install gas furnaces Install central air conditioning systems Install ductless mini-split systems Remove and replace HVAC equipment Load, unload, and transport equipment Drive company box trucks and vans Lift and move heavy HVAC equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate professionally with homeowners Work closely with installation team members and crew leaders Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (5+ years preferred for more senior installers) EPA Certification HVAC vocational school training preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift heavy equipment Strong teamwork and communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Compensation & Benefits up to $45 per hour for Installation Technician Sign-on bonus 50% employer-paid health insurance Paid sick and vacation time Career advancement opportunities Fully stocked company vehicles and tools provided Health Insurance
