Job Description

Reiner Residential Installation Department is always looking for talented individuals to join our team! We are seeking Installation Mechanics with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience installing residential HVAC equipment, including gas furnaces, boilers, water heaters, central AC, ductless, ductwork, and generators.
Primary Responsibilities:
Installation of residential HVAC equipment Perform the initial start-up of equipment Be customer-focused, working directly with homeowners, and have a positive attitude Provide your own hand tools (Reiner will provide a complete list of hand tools, but will provide larger power tools)
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to take a drug test and background check Ability to lift heavy equipment (100lbs+) and access attics/crawlspaces Ability to climb ladders both inside and outside of homes without a fear of heights High-level energy Strong communication skills Team-oriented professional (motivated to become a lead mechanic in 2 years) Well-organized and detail-oriented Ability to make quick and accurate decisions Ability to follow instructions and provide instructions to others
Education:
HVAC technical school graduate (preferred, but not required) 3-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience Working knowledge of local inspection codes EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay:
$24.00 - $35.00 per hour
