What You'll Earn

• Base pay: $28-$42/hour, based on experience

• Support from dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams so jobs are set up to run smoothly Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead residential HVAC replacement, change-out, and retrofit installs across South Jersey while guiding helpers, apprentices, or small installation crews.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, coils, condensers, ductwork, line sets, drains, and related system components.
• Perform refrigerant piping, brazing, evacuation, charging, start-up, and basic system commissioning.
• Bring at least 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience, ideally with replacement and retrofit work.
• Read job notes, blueprints, wiring diagrams, specifications, and installation instructions to complete jobs accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, dispatch, managers, and the office while protecting the customer's home and leaving each job site clean.
• Maintain job materials, truck inventory, tools, paperwork, photos, and documentation using company-provided tools.
• Hold EPA 608 certification, a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor conditions.
• Bring a clean, professional appearance and a genuine commitment to doing right by the customer.

• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE certification (or willingness to pursue — we'll fund it!)
• Experience with Carrier, Lennox, Trane, or similar major brands
• Sheet metal fabrication experience
