In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver reliable climate control solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, boilers, and refrigeration equipment according to schematics and design specifications Perform system troubleshooting and repairs using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to ensure proper operation Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute installations Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan Diagnose mechanical issues related to plumbing, refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration, and other mechanical components Collaborate with property maintenance teams and service technicians to coordinate repairs and upgrades Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations Requirements Proven experience in construction, HVAC installation or service technician roles with a strong mechanical background Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, refrigeration cycles, and ammonia refrigeration systems Hands-on experience with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) equipment repair and maintenance Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately Mechanical knowledge related to boilers, appliances repair, welding techniques, and property maintenance Field service experience demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot on-site issues efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred Familiarity with tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment for electrical testing Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities This role is paid and offers a vibrant environment where your skills directly impact the comfort and safety of our clients.
