Job Overview Job Opportunity:
Senior HVAC Technician We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician. In this role, you will diagnose complex system failures and mentor junior technicians. This position requires advanced technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults in diverse systems. Lead large-scale equipment installations, retrofits, and system commissioning projects. Mentor apprentice technicians through field training and technical guidance. Oversee quality control checks on completed team maintenance jobs. Consult with clients regarding system replacements, efficiency, and indoor air quality.
Position Requirements Experience :
Minimum 5-7 years of professional HVAC field experience.
Certification :
Valid EPA Universal Certification is strictly required.
Licensing :
Active Journeyman or Master HVAC license preferred.
Drivers :
Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
Expertise :
Advanced knowledge of building automation systems and variable refrigerant flow.
Compensation & Benefits Pay :
Top-tier hourly wage between $30-$40 with performance-based incentive bonuses.

Take-home company service truck with fuel card provided.
