Job Requirements Experience in residential and commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, rooftop units (RTU's), chillers, boilers, and ventilation systems Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex heating, cooling, and ventilation issues for both residential and commercial clients Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear and professional manner Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality work and maintaining professional standards Qualifications Valid EPA certification Valid HVAC license or the ability to obtain one Valid NM Driver's License with insurable driving record Salary $66,560•$104,000 Why choose us?
