About us USA Air Conditioning & Heating is a small business in Las Vegas, NV. We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to Create turnover opportunities for the sales department Identify the appropriate way to satisfy our customer's needs Cross promote all products sold by the business Inspect all plumbing systems to identify preventative maintenance, repair and replacement opportunities Ensure all appropriate tests are performed and documented during maintenance Ability to manage time and remain organized.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations when working on HVAC systems
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Skills:
  • Van driver: Ability to operate a company vehicle to travel to job sites
  • HVAC/R:
    Knowledge and experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
  • Mechanic:
    Proficient in mechanical repairs and troubleshooting
  • Ammonia refrigeration: Familiarity with ammonia-based refrigeration systems
  • Mechanical knowledge: Understanding of mechanical principles and components
  • Field service: Experience providing on-site service and support to customers
  • Plumbing:
    Basic plumbing skills for connecting HVAC systems to water lines
  • HVAC design: Ability to design HVAC systems for residential or commercial buildings
