This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of mechanical systems, troubleshoot complex equipment, and ensure optimal performance across commercial and residential environments. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and safety of our clients' spaces while advancing your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure efficient operation. Install, maintain, and upgrade HVAC and appliance systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately troubleshoot issues and perform repairs. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems and appliances such as kitchen equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate. Perform appliance repair and installation tasks with precision, ensuring all work complies with local codes and regulations. Operate company vehicles safely to reach job sites promptly while maintaining accurate service records. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout every interaction. Skills Extensive knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair. Proven experience as a service technician with strong troubleshooting skills using schematics and technical manuals. Mechanical knowledge related to appliance repair, kitchen equipment maintenance, and equipment repair/maintenance. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately for precise diagnostics. Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices across diverse mechanical systems. Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus for complex installations or upgrades. Strong customer service skills combined with leadership qualities to guide junior team members when needed. This position is integral to ensuring the seamless operation of essential systems that keep our clients comfortable and safe. Pay:
