Job Summary:

HIRING IMMEDIATELY

•You'll perform in-home tune ups, diagnose HVAC issues, and recommend system upgrades/replacements. You must be technically proficient, personable, and motivated to close sales while delivering outstanding service. REQUIRED.

Any sales experience is a plus Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and components. Proven sales experience in residential or commercial HVAC. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Responsibilities Conduct HVAC system inspections and diagnostics. Educate customers on repair vs. replacement options. Present proposals and sell HVAC products and services. Maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure job completion.
