We are looking for AC technicians with experience in painting, appliance repairs, renovations, projects, and on call emergencies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Self-starter attitude and reliable Complete all daily work order requests Assist with cleaning and maintenance of grounds and pools Preventative maintenance Install, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair: Urinals, Toilets, Sinks, Dishwashers, etc. Drywall, Paint, etc. Light fixtures Minor and major repair of common areas Scheduled inspections of premises may include: A/C , Compressors Roofs and Stairs Parking Areas Laundry Facilities Trash Enclosures Walkways Exterior Lighting Must have your own tools
