Requirements:

What You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment Complete HVAC repairs accurately and efficiently Identify equipment problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options Communicate system conditions and repair recommendations clearly to customers Complete service documentation accurately and promptly Maintain a clean and organized company service van Follow company safety procedures and industry standards Provide professional and courteous customer service What We're Looking For Previous HVAC service and maintenance experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems Experience working with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Dependable and professional work ethic Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position Ready for Your Next HVAC Opportunity?
