Pay:
$80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Job description: HVAC Service Technician Perfect Comfort Perfect Comfort is expending our HVAC division, and we are looking for the right technician to help us build it from the ground up. This is not a typical service tech position. We are looking for someone who understands how to diagnose problems, deliver great service to homeowners, and identify when a system should be repaired versus replaced. We already have a strong and established customer base which means you will be walking into real opportunities from day one. This role has strong income potential for technicians who perform. Perfect Comfort is now a client of Next Level Pros , a national training and business development organization focused on helping trades professionals grow their skills, careers, and businesses. That means you will have access to ongoing training, systems, and mentorship that most companies in the trades simply do not offer. What You Will Do As a Service Technician, you will be the trusted expert in the home. Your job is to identify issues, provide solutions, and deliver an excellent experience for the homeowner.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnose heating and cooling system issues in residential homes Perform small to mid-level repairs and system adjustments Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners Identify systems that are beyond repair or nearing failure Turn replacement opportunities over to our in-home sales advisors Document findings and recommendations in our system Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit This role is critical because you are often the first person the homeowner trusts when something goes wrong with their system. Income Potential This is a performance-driven role. Top technicians who are strong at diagnostics, customer communication, and identifying replacement opportunities can earn well into six figures.

Preferred qualifications:
3-5 years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Experience with residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps Ability to perform common service repairs Strong communication skills with homeowners Clean driving record Professional appearance and attitude Self-motivated and performance driven Why Join High Caliber Home We are building something big.
