Installation Helper :

Manage the relationship established between Sales and the customer during the residential installation process. Assist the Crew Leader on Installations as directed Continue to learn all aspects of the installation process from Installation Leader. Develop all Installation skills pertaining to Capital Heats product offering. Learn how to operate all equipment small or large based on Capital Heats product offering.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience required and preferred for Installation Helper Possess effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Must have an honest and dependable personality Strong mechanical aptitude Strong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team Must have a valid driver's license Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
