HVAC Technical Support Associate

Overview:

This position includes answering incoming calls about basic product info, design, installation, and start-up procedures as well as troubleshooting for HVAC contractors and Johnstone employees. Other responsibilities will include coordinating job-site visits with customers to provide technical advice, support, recommendations, and troubleshooting.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 7 years' HVAC experience with residential and commercial applications, including ductless systems. NATE Certified preferred Valid driver's license required, as there will be travel to job sites. Compensation dependent on experience.
