Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Service Manager specializing in HVAC to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of HVAC service activities, ensuring high-quality maintenance, repair, and installation services for our clients. You will coordinate field technicians, manage service schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your mechanical expertise and leadership will drive efficiency and customer satisfaction, supporting our mission to deliver reliable climate control solutions. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate HVAC service technicians during maintenance, repairs, and installations across multiple sites Review schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical drawings to guide troubleshooting and system upgrades Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards Assist in diagnosing complex issues involving refrigeration, plumbing, air conditioning, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration systems Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and reports to track job progress and ensure quality control Support property maintenance efforts by addressing mechanical issues related to HVAC/R equipment and appliances Experience Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, or mechanical maintenance Hands-on experience with HVAC/R equipment repair, boiler operation, welding, and appliance servicing Familiarity with construction processes related to HVAC installation or upgrades Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately for troubleshooting purposes Field service experience demonstrating the ability to work independently in diverse environments Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional HVAC solutions!
