The ideal candidate is skilled in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, reading blueprints, and ensuring all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and building codes. This role requires a dependable professional who can provide high-quality service, energy-efficient solutions, and excellent customer support in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment Perform preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues efficiently and accurately Work with refrigeration systems, ductwork, boilers, and chillers Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes Test HVAC systems for proper performance and energy efficiency Maintain accurate service records and documentation Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations Work independently or collaborate with team members to complete projects on time Qualifications Previous experience as an HVAC Technician in residential and/or commercial settings Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of HVAC installation, repair, and preventive maintenance Familiarity with refrigeration and cooling systems Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced environments Valid driver's license preferred Skills HVAC Installation & Repair Preventive Maintenance Troubleshooting HVAC Systems Refrigeration & Cooling Systems Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics Blueprint Reading Customer Service Safety Compliance Commercial HVAC Preferred Certifications EPA Universal Certification OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
