Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems Troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment efficiently and accurately Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Recommend honest, effective solutions based on customer needs Complete service calls thoroughly and with attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle Participate in an on-call rotation that is fairly shared and well supported

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience EPA Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desire to grow with a respected local company Why Work at A-Team Comfort Systems?
