Commercial Focus Overview:

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is skilled, reliable, and brings 3+ years of hands-on experience with commercial equipment. Compensation is competitive and based on skill set and experience.

Licenses & Certifications:

Refrigerant Certification required EPA Universal Certification preferred Valid driver's license with a clean record

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 3 years as an HVAC Technician Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems Mechanical aptitude and technical competency Must have personal tools

Responsibilities:

Installation & Repair:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using industry-standard tools and practices.

Preventive Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance to optimize system performance and extend equipment lifespan.

System Testing & Calibration:

Test, measure, and calibrate HVAC systems and components for safety and efficiency.

Compliance & Safety:

Follow all safety procedures, building codes, and industry regulations.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Customer Service:

Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues, offering recommendations for system improvements.

Inventory Management:

Track tools, equipment, and parts to ensure availability for all projects.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices.
