In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep commercial and residential environments comfortable, safe, and efficient. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and appliances using schematics and technical manuals. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately install or service systems. Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems and ensure proper integration with building infrastructure. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues and perform mechanical repairs. Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all repairs performed. Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and ensure compliance with safety standards. Experience Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance fields. Hands-on knowledge of construction processes and property maintenance practices. Familiarity with HVAC design principles, schematics reading, and equipment repair techniques. Mechanical knowledge of boilers, ammonia refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and appliance repair. Field service experience working directly on-site with clients in residential or commercial settings. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred. Additional skills such as welding, plumbing expertise, boiler operation knowledge, or mechanic experience are highly advantageous.
