Monday-Friday with overtime opportunities Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lead HVAC Installation Technician to oversee and perform high-quality HVAC system installations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and can manage installation crews while ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to code. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while mentoring junior technicians and helping grow a strong installation team. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute residential HVAC installations including split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork Read and interpret blueprints, load calculations, and job specifications Ensure all installations meet local, state, and federal codes and company standards Supervise, train, and mentor installation helpers and junior technicians Manage job sites, materials, and equipment to maintain efficiency and quality Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning Troubleshoot installation challenges and make real-time decisions in the field Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain scope of work and system operation Maintain accurate job documentation and complete required paperwork Uphold safety standards and ensure proper use of tools and PPE Qualifications 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven experience leading installation crews or acting as a lead technician Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, and installation best practices Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and perform load calculations EPA Section 608 Certification (required) Manual J certification or equivalent knowledge (preferred) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
