Halco currently has an opening for an experienced HVAC Installation Foreman to lead our install team. This position will report out of our Ithaca or Phelps location , with the goal of serving our growing customer base throughout the greater Syracuse and Binghamton areas . We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated leader who can guide a crew through residential HVAC installations while maintaining Halco's standard of quality and professionalism. This role requires strong technical HVAC experience along with the leadership skills to train, direct, and support a team in the field. 3-5+ years of HVAC installation experience required , with prior lead or supervisory experience preferred. This position offers significant room for advancement for the right candidate. A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications:

Candidates will be expected to: Have advanced technical ability to install Furnaces, Air Source Heat Pumps, Hot Water Heaters, Boilers, and various other HVAC equipment Lead, train, and mentor installation crew members on-site to ensure jobs are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule Serve as the point of contact on job sites, ensuring quality control and adherence to Halco standards Understand how to provide customer service on a level that will both maintain our existing customer base and attract new clientele Be organized, efficient, and punctual, with strong planning and time-management skills Possess the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Possess a valid NY State driver's license Maintain a clean, professional appearance with a positive, goal-oriented attitude daily

Compensation:

$25.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience, performance and skills.
