Sheet Metal Journeyman Job Description We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Journeyman to join our team. The role involves the installation of duct work, HVAC sheet metal, spiral and oval ducts. You will be responsible for reading blueprints and installing overhead ducts, including spiral ducts and HVAC systems. Responsibilities Install duct work and HVAC sheet metal. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Install overhead, spiral, and oval ducts. Conduct rooftop cut-ins and handle rooftop units. Execute slip and drive duct work efficiently. Perform HVAC tin knocking and ensure accurate duct installations. Essential Skills Proficiency in HVAC systems and sheet metal work. Experience in duct work installation and blueprint reading. Ability to install square, oval, and spiral ducts. Familiarity with rooftop units, exhaust fans, and duct layout. Additional Skills & Qualifications

OSHA 30 + 10

The working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a half-hour unpaid lunch. The job site is safe and large, upholding high standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tarrytown, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
