Superior Pump & Motor, an Altus Fire & Life Safety Company, is looking for a Junior Pump Mechanic to join our team! We value our well-being just as much as our hard work. Responsibilities Assist senior technicians with the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of pump systems and related equipment Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting under supervision Support service calls, preventative maintenance, and emergency response work Maintain accurate service documentation and reports Follow all safety procedures and company standards Travel to job sites as required Skills & Qualifications Mechanical or electrical experience in a related field (HVAC, electrical, industrial maintenance, automotive, controls, or similar) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work with hand and power tools Willingness to learn pump systems, motors, and controls Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in industrial and field environments Preferred (Not Required): Trade school or technical training Experience with motors, controls, or troubleshooting electrical systems Basic understanding of piping systems
