HVAC Project Manager needed immediately! A local well respected mechanical contractor is looking for a motivated individual to bring their mechanical experience to a growing dynamic team as an HVAC Project Manager. Ideally, they are looking for someone who enjoys working as a team, has a good attitude and a willingness to work hard. This fast-paced job gives you the opportunity to oversee projects from inception to completion. Competitive Pay Excellent Benefits Professional Growth Great company culture As an HVAC Project Manager, your responsibilities would include overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various projects. You will have the Opportunity to oversee projects from start to finish while assisting with estimating, change orders, and preconstruction Some of the specific duties of an HVAC Project Manager may include: Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and schedules Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget Conducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work Preparing project status reports and communicating progress to stakeholders Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations Supervising project team members and providing guidance and support as needed Identifying and addressing project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies Conducting project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to the client Overall, as a HVAC Project Manager, you would be responsible for ensuring that HVAC projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.
