Jennings Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric is a 95-year-old locally owned company with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer care. As our HVAC department continues to grow, we are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and delivers high-quality installations with minimal callbacks. About the Role You will perform:
  • Leading HVAC system installations including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
  • Leading residential installations and ductwork jobs
  • Measuring and laying out sheet metal / duct work
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting installation issues in the field
  • Performing quality control startups to ensure systems are operating properly
  • Training and mentoring install helpers
