Job Description

Lead HVAC Installer | $25
  • 35 per hour + Union Benefits Package | Local Service Area For over 75 years, Wright Heating and Cooling has proudly served Portage, Summit and Medina counties.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of HVAC installation experience Ability and willingness to mentor helpers Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customers as well as the company Possess basic hand tools
Physical Demands:
Physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day Capable of lifting in excess of 70lbs when necessary Extreme temperature work environments Be able to climb ladders both step ladders and extension ladders.
