To qualify for our team, you will need: EPA Certification (NATE certification is a plus) 3+ years Experience Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot quickly To maintain a professional appearance Attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time To be friendly, personable, and able to respond to customer concerns to keep a smile on their face Valid social security card, driver's license, and a clean driving record To agree to a background and drug check A desire to go above and beyond the mandatory job requirements Ability to follow proper safety techniques To be able to lift up to 80 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy objects To be able to maneuver heavier objects with assistance from appropriate devices or additional manpower To be able to climb ladders and work in small crawl spaces
