Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Complete quality HVAC installation jobs on or below budgeted labor hours Educate clients on equipment or systems operation, available programs and ensure complete client satisfaction Follow company procedures to improve sales and installation in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness on all jobsites, company vehicles and any assigned areas Assist warehouse person as requested with pulling jobs and parts Own the necessary tools and/or equipment required to complete installations Maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable by company insurance carrier Process and complete all paperwork on a daily basis Be safety conscience on the jobsite, in the company vehicles and in the warehouse Obtain CFC, EPA, NATE and safety certifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum 2 years of equivalent field experience CFC, EPA and NATE certified Valid driver's license Service Titan experience preferred Clean neat appearance, positive attitude and demeanor Ability to adapt, be flexible and thrive in a fast paced environment Efficiency in working with sheet metal and duct-work Vocational school degree or equivalent experience
