What You'll Do:

Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems on new construction sites Assemble materials and equipment needed for job completion Transport tools and supplies to job sites and keep proper tool inventory Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Safely handle and lift materials (must be able to lift over 75 lbs) Follow all company safety policies and wear required protective equipment Gather and return salvageable materials to the warehouse

What You Need:

6-12 months of field-based HVAC installation experience EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude Must pass background check and drug screen Valid driver's license with good driving record
