You'll install residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems while ensuring every job is completed safely, professionally, and to Shanklin standards. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to continually develop their skills and career. Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards Remove and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail Maintain a clean and professional job site Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities Represent Shanklin's values and reputation on every job Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Qualifications 1-3+ year of HVAC installation experience preferred EPA Certification preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement Team-first mindset and strong character Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Meet Derek & Kip Shanklin HVAC has been part of the Shanklin family for more than 60 years.
