As a Facilities Maintenance Technician II, you will join a team that will provide you with a good foundational knowledge of facilities and maintenance in the healthcare field. A caregiver in this position works 10:30pm to 7:00am, Tuesday through Saturday. Weekend and holiday rotations are required. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, structures, and systems. Perform minor maintenance repair work in electrical, plumbing, HVAS, carpentry, and/or paint. Perform utility and structural repairs. Document and maintain records of inspection and work performed. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: High school diploma or GED. Two years of experience in HVAC, general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting or mechanical repair OR completion of a formal training program in building repair including HVAC, general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting or mechanical repair OR military experience as a Utilitiesman, Builder, Machinists Mate or a similar role.

Pay Range Minimum hourly:
