We are a small, family owned and operated company, who pride themselves on honesty, transparency, and one of a kind customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings and have a strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to taking care of our customers. Duties Install HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems Build and assemble HVAC equipment according to specifications. Ensure installations meet manufacturer standards and local code requirements Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems on the job if necessary Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients during installations Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Ability to work as a team and collaborate with team members, including office staff Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Installer - we are looking for a LEAD installer, someone with 5+ years experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems Ability to read install instructions and comprehend what needs to be done Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
