Required Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of professional experience in commercial HVAC repair and maintenance. Proven ability to diagnose, service, and maintain various industrial and commercial HVAC/R equipment. Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve complex technical challenges.
Compensation and Perks:
Annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $120,000. Comprehensive benefits package. Abundant overtime availability. Paid time off. Retirement savings plan with 401K. Additional incentives.
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure optimal system performance by diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R units while maintaining clear communication with clients and colleagues to support efficient operations. Evaluate the configuration of current heating and cooling hardware to effectively map out installation or repair strategies. Procure necessary tools and components in strict accordance with company guidelines. Extend the lifespan of equipment by performing routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn components like bearings, gears, and shafts. Utilize technical schematics and wiring diagrams to identify and rectify system faults.
